To Return an Item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition, with tags intact within 14 working days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (Delivery Excluded) on receipt. Please ensure you include your invoice in the package so we can process your order faster. Unless your order is faulty or incorrect, the cost of returning the order will not be refunded.

Please note: We do not issue refunds if a returned order does not arrive back to us. Please ensure your returns are labelled correctly, packed to avoid damage and preferably tracked or insured to make sure they return safely to our premises for processing.
Hair accessories cannot be refunded in the interests of hygiene.
We process refunds within 48hours of receiving your return.
Please allow up to 14 working days for a refund to show on your bank statement.
Any disputes raised through PayPal will take longer as we have to follow their process. Please contact us directly for refunds.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
In the interests of hygiene, items will not be refunded if they are soiled, damaged or smell.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging.
Removing tags invalidates the refunds process. All goods are inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
